Giving up soda is only hard for the first week or two, then it gets really easy. Pod and I are cutting the high fructose corn syrup from our diet, which automatically rules out almost every soda on the market. We found some soda made with cane sugar that we can drink, but we really just don’t even bother to most of the time.
Surprisingly, I don’t miss it. I feel SO much better without it.
